I tried Everest Sushi Bar & Grill while pregnant and craving sushi — and they absolutely delivered. The atmosphere was warm and casual, and the chefs prepared my roll right in front of me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Their sauces for Maki rolls are a bit different — and very good. They have a Habanero Masago that they put on some rolls and it's awesome. We tried the Rose ring roll, Strawberry roll, Aatu roll, and Mount Everest roll. All were great.

Excellent sushi! Took my mom and wasn't expecting a 'hole in the wall' kind of place — but it does not disappoint. I'd recommend the strawberry roll and yakisoba noodles. Best in town! Friendly staff and peaceful environment.

Family owned sushi restaurant finally in SW Fort Worth! We started with the Gyoza — fried nicely crisp with a slightly spicy sauce. My wife had the Long Horn specialty roll and I had the Sushi and Sashimi platter. Everything was delicious and the seafood was all fresh. We will be back!
